Hello, my name is Yueying.

I am a UX designer. I enjoy conducting secondary research to obtain an intellectual perspective, as well as identifying emotional pain spots in primary research and using this to provide innovative and result-oriented solutions.

I am empathic and an excellent listener. Has a strong creative streak, and is particularly effective at ideation. Good problem-solving and communication skills. I want to utilise my finding and creativity to modify the intricacies of life.

My undergraduate major was industrial design, and as a result of the epidemic, I completed a six-month internship in the visual communication direction.

I completed my MSc User experience design at Loughborough University in October 2022.
